Returns & refunds
Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
What can be returned
Any unopened item. That means the vial is still sealed, with its cap and seal intact, and it has never been reconstituted. This applies to every product we sell, bacteriostatic water included. Opened items cannot be returned, because once a seal is broken we have no way to confirm the contents are uncompromised.
Time limit
Start your return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
How to start a return
Email orders@omegaresearch.ca with your order number and the items you are sending back. We will reply with the return address. Ship the items back with tracking, since we can only refund what arrives.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and we have confirmed the seals are intact, we refund the full price of the returned items, usually within a few business days. Refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer or to your original payment method, for the CAD amount you paid. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
This is separate from the policy above and applies whether or not anything has been opened. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, email us with your order number and a description of the problem and we will make it right.
